Experience

Visit iconic Red River, New Mexico for a day of wild western fun for all ages. Spectators line River Street enjoying local food and drinks, watching as skiers and riders of all ages lap the track. This event is open to beginners and experienced skijorers alike.

Skijor

​​Skijoring can be intimidating, we know. That’s why Red River Skijoring will provide an opportunity for beginners to learn helpful tips and techniques from experienced skijorers in a morning clinic. After a few practice runs, make a team, and race down the track in our Novice Division at your speed. No all out sprints required.

Things to do

Stay late in Red River to enjoy awards and live music at local bars. The event takes place during Red River's Ranch Rodeo Weekend, so book early - hotels and cabins fill fast.
